No cherry pickin'!  It's time for you to become a savvy buyer.  So when it comes to buying office supplies, what do we mean by being a savvy buyer?  Excellent question.  A savvy buyer is one who realizes that office supplies as a budgeted category makes up less than 1.5% on the entire company budget.  Labor is far and away the largest expense. Such being the case, finding low prices on the office supplies you need is certainly important, but almost as important is the efficiency aspect. All too often efficiency is neglected.  A buyer who understands that consolidating vendors and simplifying the ordering process is a an additional way to save, is in fact savvy.  That's why our site is clean.  That is why we refrain from constant in your face specials.  We want you to be able to log in, get what you need quickly and easily, and move on with your day.  If you think visiting multiple websites and getting a little here and a little there (cherry pickin') is a smart use of your time well then you are what we call a....oh never mind what we call those people.  Just don't be one.

Below you will find some basic comparisons between us, Staples, Office Depot, and OfficeMax.  It doesn't get any bigger than these 3.  Seeing how we stack up should put your mind at ease and you should be well on the road to becoming a savvy office supply buyer.

With regard to our price comparisons, we're going to play fair and compare only the apples to apples.  In other words this is the "name brand" stuff, the exact match.  If we were to substitute our proprietary labeled products ( BSN items also known as the Business Source brand) our little price competition would embarrass these national chains. So here we go with some typical "milk and bread items" otherwise known as your office necessities.  In the case of OfficeMax not stocking an item, it means that they are strictly pushing their private label products.  For the sake of this exercise, to be included on the table below it had to be an exact match in both manufacturer and product.  Yes, OfficeMax has manila folders and 2" binders...just not a wide selection from top manufactures.
