The personal information that you give us when ordering our products is kept confidential. OfficeBundle.com does not sell, trade, or lease our customer files, mailing or email lists. We do send an occasional e-newsletter with special offers (never more than once a month) but you always have the option to ask to be removed directly from the email.

Price and Availability
All products advertised for sale on the OfficeBundle.com website are subject to availability. If we fail to supply any products for any reason, we will not charge you for such products. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we fail to supply products. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
All prices stated on our site or in any of our catalogs, price lists or other sales literature may be altered by us from time to time without notice to you.
When the selected payment method is credit card, the payment is made at the point of order submission. Special orders (including large orders sourced from manufacturers) may be delayed due to manufacturing issues beyond our control. Shipments will be made as soon as possible and you will be notified of such.
Product Descriptions
While OfficeBundle.com strives to ensure the accuracy of product information on this Web site, vendors occasionally alter products, packaging or ingredients without updating the Web site. Actual products and packaging may differ from the descriptions contained on our site. You should not rely solely on information contained on this Site before using a product. Always read actual labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product. If you have questions about a product, please contact the manufacturer directly. OfficeBundle.com assumes no liability for inaccuracies or misstatements contained on this Web site.
Delivery
We will deliver the products within the Continental United States to the address provided to us by you at the time you place your order. Our standard charges for delivery will apply (see Shipping Policy). We strive to ensure that the products are delivered to the address provided by you by any delivery date estimated by us. However, we cannot guarantee that products will be delivered by the estimated delivery date. You agree that we shall not be liable to you for any losses, damages or charges incurred by you because of late delivery of the products. Upon signature for the receipt of the products at the address specified in your delivery instructions, the risk of damage to the goods shall pass to you.
We attempt to deliver products as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee "next day delivery" on any order. In most cases, we do deliver the next day. Occasionally because of stock issues or because we need to order direct from a manufacturer delivery times are affected. If you require delivery on a specific date it is imperative that you contact OfficeBundle.com before placing your order. Stock will be verified and estimated delivery time provided.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled (unless it done so immediately via email). Because, orders are quickly processed and electronically routed to the appropriate warehouse, once this process begins, it cannot be stopped. Refused shipments for undamaged products will incur the cost of return shipping being deducted from any refund, including any restocking fee by the manufacturer, if applicable. Please review your order for accuracy prior to submitting.
Returning Goods
We want happy customers. So, if you are unhappy with a product you have purchased for any reason, please refer to our Return Policies (which you are agreeing to with your purchase) and follow the return process.
Some products are ordered direct from the manufacturer. Returns to some of these manufacturers can incur a restocking fee (the percentage depends on the manufacturer).
Damage Claims or Shortages Important Notice: Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported in 48 hours without exception. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.

Acceptance of Orders
The receipt of an order confirmation email by OfficeBundle.com does not constitute acceptance of an order. OfficeBundle.com reserves the right to reject orders or limit the quantities on any order. It is possible that verification of customer information may be required prior to acceptance and fulfillment of an order. OfficeBundle.com reserves the right to accept business or reject business from any individual, business or organization. If your order is accepted you agree to pay the full price, including shipping (if applicable) and sales tax (if applicable) shown on the checkout page. If there are additional services required such as lift gate or inside delivery you agree to pay for these services (which will be quoted prior to shipment).
Coupon Codes
OfficeBundle.com reserves the right to limit the use of coupon codes. We may, at our discretion, limit the times per customer a coupon code may be used. Coupon codes are intended for individual use one time per customer.
