You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. OfficeBundle.com will even cover the return shipping costs provided that the return request is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping fees...so please make sure you review your order before submitting it for fulfillment. Is it the right size, the right color, the right amount?
Returned items must be resell-able so please examine your item before requesting a return. If it can be deemed unused and is in the original manufacturer's packaging, then you are good to go.
Please know that food and beverage products, custom orders, special orders, certain dated goods (no old calendar's), and any type of medical product is non-refundable. Trust us, this is a good thing. No one wants these products recirculated as new. Do not attempt to return an item without having first received from us an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number from OfficeBundle.com. This will at the very least delay your return and may even void it.
Our simple return request form will allow us and you to quickly process your return. Any other questions should be directed to
returns@officebundle.com. Once logged into your account you can click on your order number. From there you will have the choice to check a box next to the product that is to be returned. Check the box, click Return Items and follow the simple steps from there.
Once your return is accepted, a UPS call tag will be issued and then e-mailed to you. Place this label on the package as we will then notify UPS that a pick up is needed. Your credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of your return.
Damaged Products You have 48 hours from the time of the delivery to determine if an item is damaged. It is best to inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
