  1. When will my order arrive?



    Orders must be submitted by 5PM in your time zone in order to ensure next day delivery.
     The majority of products are available for next day delivery. However, some items needed to complete a particular order may ship from a separate facility.  In these cases, you may receive a partial delivery with the remainder arriving within 24-72 hours.  We try our best to avoid back orders, but this is an inexact science based on product, shipping location, and quantity needed.  When an item is on back order, you will be notified.

  2. How can I redeem my reward points?



    Our popular reward program is quite simple.  Spend a dollar get a point.  If your opening order as a new customer is equal to or greater than $150, on your return visit to our site (in other words, your second order), you are eligible for $25 Gift Card to either Target or Wal-Mart.  From this point, once your account accumulates 2,000 points, you will receive a $40 card.  

    The gift cards will NOT arrive with your order.  They are mailed separately and can be sent to any address you specify.  

    To redeem points or to check point balance all you need to do is contact us at rewards@officebundle.com.

    If you return an item the points earned will be deducted from your balance.  Sorry to have to state the obvious.

  3. How does OfficeBundle.com prices compare to those Big Box Stores?



    Break those chains!  The big box stores, the national chains, the "insert your name here for those giant companies you've heard of before."  We're different and our prices are lower...everyday.  We don't pay for annoying jingles, our name on an arena (where do the Laker's play?), or our logo splashed on a race car.   Instead we focus on maintaining a clean easy to use website that delivers a huge selection at lower prices.

  4. Do you charge sales taxes?


    Don't blame us!  We are required to collect sales taxes in our home state of Louisiana & in the state of California.  This is of course subject to change.

  5. Can I get a catalog?




    As you know there is a concerted effort for companies to become eco-friendly.  Catalogs are heavy and require quite of bit of paper to produce.  Because everything is searchable on this website, we reserve our printed catalogs for corporate accounts and not for residential addresses.  If you are a business with a business address, business email, and business website, we will happily email our complete full line general catalog to you upon your request.

  6. What if our organization is tax exempt?



    Since we are only required to collect sales taxes in Louisiana and California, by default, almost everyone is tax exempt. However, If your organization is in either of these states and qualifies for sales tax exemption from sales taxes, please notify us before placing your order and we will set up your account making sure it is tax exempt for all future orders.

  7. I can't find what I need. Can you help?



    Quite possibly we can.  There are thousands of items in our database accessible through this website.  There are almost as many products that we have access to directly from the manufacturers.  So, if it's out there, we may be able to get it.  Keep in mind that Office Depot, Staples, and Office Max have their own proprietary brands of generic products.  We do too!  Ours is called Business Source and those items unique to us will start with a BSN.  So if you are stumped don't give up. Drop us a line at service@officebundle.com and let us see what we can do.  Please be aware that special orders may require a minimum quantity, may require a shipping fee, and will not be a standard next day delivery.  All of these particulars will be conveyed to you prior to your purchasing decision.

  8. What if I need to cancel my order?



    Our system is extremely fast.  Once an order is submitted the fulfillment process begins immediately and the warehouse pulls the product and begins to coordinate next day delivery with UPS.   All this to say, unless you cancel your order within minutes, there is a good chance your order is "shipping"  by the time you decide to cancel.  This is the price we pay for speed and efficiency.  While we will make every attempt possible to cancel the order should you so request, in the end once you submit the order to us and a confirmation is emailed to you, you are at the very least responsible for the shipping charges.   You must send your cancellation request via email.  Here: service@officebundle.com

    Refusing a shipment as a substitute for cancelling will still result in a shipping charge.

  9. How did OfficeBundle.com get so cool?



    We all know office supplies are cool...right?  Well, after years and years of industry experience and lots of practice in front of the mirror, we achieved coolness.  I wouldn't recommend you try it home though as it can be quite dangerous.
